OBJECTIVE
To create a "behind the scenes" video which captures the mood of the restaurant building up to a busy day.
RESULT
The video shown above was shot in just half a day at the picturesque "Le Talbooth" restaurant in Dedham, Essex. The video has captured the environment and mood of the workplace building up to a normal busy day. We used plenty of quick action shots from the kitchen and blended them with the peaceful shots of the garden and its maintenance to create a stark contrast between the moods which helped to really highlight how much work and effort goes into the preparation of opening the restaurant.
